I am very sorry to hear that you had to delete the app. Did you save your game by using a King or Facebook account? If you did, you can find your progress back; just log in with the same account credentials. You will find your gold bars and your progress, boosters on the other hand are stored in your device’s memory, so unfortunately you won’t find them.
If you didn’t save your progress please contact Support so they can manually restore your progress. Read more in this article: How to get your progress restored
