I'can't open the candy crush soda saga game on PC help

Did youcheck Microsoft Store for game updates? Go to Microsoft Store (select Start then enter Microsoft Store)
In Microsoft store click on "library" (1) on your left and then click "get updates" at the top right (2). Available updates will appear at the top of the page
I I see a sad face emoji in 4 corners on a gray background on the screen. I use the Chrome page, sometimes it opens at level 1, I can't get it to the last level, this has been like this for about 2 months.
Do you play on Soda app? Have you checked Microsoft Store? You can find the updates there. Which game version do you have? Can you show me a screenshot of what you see when you want to open the game? Do you see an orange loading screen? Do you see en error?

I did everything you said, I have more than enough space, I can't open it on my PC and I can't find the updates.

I am sorry to hear this. What do you see? Did you check you have the latest game and Windows updates?
Please try the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
