How come I can no longer watch ads for boosters and extra moves?

I am sorry to read that the ads have stopped appearing in your game π
These ads is a feature which is still in testing. All the features that are in testing are moved around to be tested by as many players as possible. In that process, some players will have those special features for weeks, some have it for months some players have it for years, and some have never seen any ads (like me)
We do not know which group you fall into. And, until the feature is done testing, it won't become a permanent feature!
I suspect you have been moved to another group, which (temporarily) has no ads. Ads might return in your game; all you can do is make sure your game and device has the latest updates.
It has nothing to do with the level you're on. Bonus games and features available features changes randomly, comes and goes. More so recently, as the game creators keep making changes. Who gets what game and for how long, changes pretty random. Our of all the bonus games we can get, I only have one that is still exactly the same as last year. Ironically it's the only game where I would like to get the new version.
I have never had ads in the game - or actually I got the ads feature about 3 weeks ago, but it lasted 10 mins, during which I completed one level. Then I shortly closed the game, and when I opened it, it was gone again, and didn't return. So I kinda still counts that as never π
My old man has been playing the game as long as I have and he still gets ads but I don't and we're on same level

I don't know why but I can no longer change my game board color. . I can't change anything except sounds. I've tried figuring it out on my own but nothing. I've send a email, no reply
THERE ARE TOO MANY 'BLOCKERS' IN THIS GAME. PEOPLE WHO PICK THE LAST BOX AND JUST SIT ON IT AND NEVER DO ANYTHING. THEN I HAVE TO START ALL OVER. GETTING TIRED OF THIS BS AND WILL QUIT PLAYING IT. :(
I noticed a couple weeks ago that I was getting charged twice for the same purchase but the contact page would not let me send a message, I tried for 3 days in a row to send one, I tried again today and it still give me the same message that something went wrong when sending the form. Is this going to be fixed soon?β¦
