Hmmm, did you send your complaint through your game? Sorry to hear it took so long π I always send 'complaints' through the game and immediately receive an automated message and within a few hours an agent who usually offers compensation.

Last year I tried to contact "support personnel". After sending letters several times, I waited for 3 days for a real person to reply, and the problem was not solved.
The process of asking for help is too troublesome.
Maybe the next update can improve this issue about "Race".
Hi @steventseng If I were you, I would contact Support through your game. If it is a glitch and more players get the same experience, Support will know and then the Studio will know that too. It works faster that way π Also, Support can send you the gold bars π€
Just like your chef hat, sometimes the game has a few glitches.
I will only notify support if it keeps happening.
That is strange π€. For the two races I won yesterday, the 30 gold bars were (fortunately π ) added to my stock. Since you have documented this, maybe you should try to get it rectified by Support.
I didnβt get a gold bar in the CCSS Race today.
When I win 15 gold bars, there is actually no increase.
Is this the case for anyone?
@michimune , my dear friend ( allow me to call you friend), thank you so much for noticing my mistake , I have now replaced entry 1 and 2. When I posted 1 and 2, I actually thought I had entered the last two levels, I was probably half asleep that day, once again, thank you so much.

If you don't want to lose the contest, you should post two more records. Your #1 and #2 are duplicated with #3 and #4. Level 1 and mastery level are repeated. They are invalid same score in same levels photos. The organiser did not remind you at the interim results released.π΄π΄π΄
But you may lose to a 20 points participant due to this fault at last.
It still has time for you to rectify them if you can read my post here in time luckily.

I have said that before in another thread. This is not a suitable place to discuss these special techniques.
I think you have seen this issue many times in BAC.
Before this issue, you can see a blue energy inside a timer, like this:
The blue energy rotates clockwise inside the timer
It starts from the position of 12, rotates clockwise 3 and 3/4 circles to the position of 9 and then disappears, the no internet notice appears accordingly.
Some secrets are hidden within this ( 3 and 3/4 ) circles by a / some funny programmer(s).
I think very few players around the world can reveal these secrets, but I am one of those players luckily. Maybe you are another lucky one.
You can see the energy timer anywhere inside the game, but only BAC MUST rotate 3 and 3/4 circles. I think some players in here feel it is strange too.
I hope so Pete, I am still trying to get more 9s.

@simplyP , you are absolutely right Pete, by the way, very impressive score in your 9s challenge, you have a job to compete with michimue, I wonder if you tie with her/him, will you both receive the 35 goldbars or the first one to post the 10 entries ( you) will get the 35 goldbars, and he/she gets the second prize, 30 goldbars? I am hoping to get the third prize, fingers crossed no one comes up with all three 9s in all the 10 entries.
