Hi @rebelchild I'm so sorry to hear that you have medical emergencies in your family 😔 I don't know how the teams were divided and have already asked the CM to check this. For now, just hang in there (Witches team) and let’s wait for the CM for clarity 🙂
Hi @Yosca thanks for this tag. I'm behind in my community notifications. I've been dealing with a family medical emergency. I did sign up with the witches, but got tagged into a discussion in the zombie thread. Apparently the teams are mis matched. A suggestion was made that I switch teams to even things out. Or that I'm not allowed to participate. So right now I'm in limbo. Just hanging around waiting for an official determination

Hmmm, did you send your complaint through your game? Sorry to hear it took so long 😔 I always send 'complaints' through the game and immediately receive an automated message and within a few hours an agent who usually offers compensation.

Last year I tried to contact "support personnel". After sending letters several times, I waited for 3 days for a real person to reply, and the problem was not solved.
The process of asking for help is too troublesome.
Maybe the next update can improve this issue about "Race".
Hi @steventseng If I were you, I would contact Support through your game. If it is a glitch and more players get the same experience, Support will know and then the Studio will know that too. It works faster that way 😉 Also, Support can send you the gold bars 🤗
Just like your chef hat, sometimes the game has a few glitches.
I will only notify support if it keeps happening.
That is strange 🤔. For the two races I won yesterday, the 30 gold bars were (fortunately 😅) added to my stock. Since you have documented this, maybe you should try to get it rectified by Support.
