Sunday ended with all top winnings wasn't even placement seen. Money spent foolishly.

    Activities stop on random. Unfortunately even after purchasing 💸. Week ended no winnings.

    Then surely the consolation prize is the Fish Award. Well nothing at this point.

    Unfortunately, the previous post didn't allow the pics. It's the pics at their best 🌟 when is done. The weekly contest ends and the top three for the third I'm really looking forward to the next post, especially because it will finally showcase the pictures at their best! 🌟 I'm eager to see how the upcoming weekly contest unfolds—I'm hopeful that this time the top three will have some impressive catches to show for their efforts. Plus, I'm excited about the team activity ahead; winning could provide a great boost for the following week. Plus the team activity that I strive to win and no top winning that helps the following week.

    Am I understanding correctly that you don't have any features in your Activities? Such as 4 in a Row, Weekley Challenge, Treasure Hunt etc? That sometimes you have certain features/events, but they just stop at random times?

    Please try these steps first:

    Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly. 

    Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

    Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    ————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

    If that didn’t help I will need some more info:

    1- What kind of device are you playing on? Make and model please

    2- Which OS version has your device

    3- Which game version do you have

    4- What is your Player ID

    All suggestions done several times to no avail.

    Now bad to worse as pic posted. All purchases have gone to waste. No team activities nor any.

    I’m excited for the start of this week’s contest! I have a great feeling about finishing in the top three again. Last week was a bit of a rollercoaster—I won but then it felt like I vanished into thin air when I hit the 15,000 mark and ended up with a “0.” Fingers crossed this time around, I’m hopeful to reclaim my winnings and maybe even snag the Yucky Fish Award! Can’t wait to see how it all unfolds! Thank you!

    I’m gearing up to try my luck again, following the recommendations once more. I’m excited to open the game on my iPad, hoping this time it brings me the salvation I’ve been searching for. I’ve saved up countless black bombs, and I’m eager to see if they’ll finally help But believe I'm owed plentiful with the 15,000 mark alone and the activities lost.

    I will forward your player id, thank you. When you open your activities, what do you see? Which features? I can see it shows you have the Weekly Contest so it’s not empty 🤔

    So, you are playing on iPhone and iPad? Do you have the same issue on both devices? Also, did you check the AppStore? Your map shows the last level 15055, the latest level on iOS is 15100 🙂

    Which model iPhone and iPad do you have? Please check your Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A)

    Same results and I have not been compensated for last week's alledged winning. But believe I'm owed plentiful with the 15,000 mark alone and the activities lost.

    Where is the support and plenty of money badly deceived.
