Are the ads disappearing related to making cash purchases? After I made a purchase, ads disappeared.
I suggest not spending cash to see if that's the issue. I know I will not be purchasing any more King products. I hope that helps.
I’m in the same boat. I was on a roll and then the ads stopped and now I can hardly get past a level every few days if at all. Unfortunate

I am sorry to read that the ads have stopped appearing in your game 😕
The ads feature is part of a test group. This means that some players will see ads and some players won't. We have no influence on this; groups of players who will or won't see ads can be changed by the Game Studio. In that process, some players will have those special features for weeks, some have it for months some players have it for years, and some have never seen any ads (like me)
We do not know which group you fall into. And, until the feature is done testing, it won't become a permanent feature!
I suspect you have been moved to another group, which (temporarily) has no ads. Ads might return in your game; all you can do is make sure your game and device has the latest updates.
You want to have what ads back ? And how can you not play free without it ?
