It is because 6 chocolate blocks are produced within the biscuit. But Yosca said they will not count the blocks being cleared actually. They will count the original blocks at the beginning only. This is something they did not say it clearly at the beginning of this challenge, so I think they have to check all entries by themselves to clarify the numbers of blocks😆
