Is there a bug with IOS?

For 2 or 3 days I can’t play the game because the cross buttons are not working First I can’t close the opening window of the bundle. If I can pass this stage inside the teams all is working fine and I can tap the cross button but anywhere else it’s not working. If I loose a game I’m forced to pick “watch ad” or spend gold for extras moves. I can’t also tap on any button on top bar (ad lives, as gold and settings) ☹️

I’ve already reinstalled the game. Both game and phone are updated.

any help please?

So, the "x" doesn't work, except in Teams... that is strange 🤔

What kind of iOS device are you playing on? iPhone (probably) what model?

What is your Player ID?

Boosters are saved on your device's memory, so when you reinstall the game, you will lose the boosters 😔

and I’ve also lost all my stack of boosts 🥹

IOS is 16.7.10

Game is 1.279.2

I think this was all after the new game update, yesterday maybe?!

Where are the games?
Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…
Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
