I have not been able to see ads for 3 to 4 weeks now. I used to watch ads for moves before a game and after a game. I cleared cache, checked storage and reinstalled the app. nothing changed. Any idea what I can do to get these ads back?
It seems ODD that players like me, who've ads for 11 years, have suddenly been in a" test group". If that was true, players wpuld have mentioned this during the last 10 years! Therefore, I do not believe the moderator. Not only do I not get ads, but I cant progress on the game. I'm on level 7789, I know how to play the game. Give us a better answer!

The ads feature is part of a test group. This means that some players will see ads and some players won't. We have no influence on this; groups of players who will or won't see ads can be changed by the Game Studio.ย In that process, some players will have those special features for weeks, some have it for months some players have it for years, and some have never seen any ads (like me)
We do not know which group you fall into. And, until the feature is done testing, it won't become a permanent feature!
I suspect you have been moved to another group, which (temporarily) has no ads. Ads might return in your game; all you can do is make sure your game and device has the latest updates.
I agree, mine stopped today and we kinda need those extra moves, so now it's harder to continue the Game play. Those extra moves were crucial if you only had 1 PC to remove. It cost me 20 coins for 1 Xtra move on 2 games. Guess I'm done playing also, if ads come back. I had ads for moves for over a decade!!! Now it's just gone and never to come back?! What? It might beenough to make stop crushing. ๐ญ

The ads feature is part of a test group. This means that some players will see ads and some players won't. Players are advised to make sure the game is always up to date as ads feature might become available.
You can't. Who has access to the ads changes. Some have it for weeks or months, others for years. Some have never had this option. I am in that last group of users who hasn't had them.
It's random who is in what user group.
If it disappeared for you, it likely won't return. Not anytime soon anyway.

for the umteenth time I play bake a cake and just as we are close to finishing getting the top two prizes, progress goes away and start a new bake arrives. I can see in inbox that cake is backed and I participate in helping back, but havenโt received top prizes in last multiple times
