I am number one and have been for the last 2 days but the podium isn't showing my wins, Why not?
Firstly I'm playing on a virtually new laptop, Plenty of memory and I have all the updates, I'm playing on wifi with a minimum of 250mbps download and 30 upload so should have no issues, I've done the close and restart which is what I do as standard if I get problems with games etc. The game just isn't giving my rewards, I've tried again today and won twice more and am at the top of the podium still, Way ahead of everyone else. Can someone look into the game and see what is happening please as it seems I'm not the only person with this issue. Thanks
I am also not getting credit for passing levels. Have passed 11 in a row and only received credit for half. Very frustrating. I should not have to re-set anything if games keeps me moving. Its a counter. This error is costing me rewards and this needs to be corrected and rewards given for these errors in your a game.
Hello @kz13 @banji Sorry to hear that! Please try the following steps as this can fix most issues:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
I have the same issue. And it’s very frustrating winning levels and they are not being registered. I would have been in first place by now 😫.
