Why does the game log me out intermittently???😒

I don’t think I’ve failed a game since I started playing a week through my play (I’m referring to Candy Crush Soda, as I don't experience this while playing Candy Crush Saga).

However the game logs me out while playing and records it as failed thereby making me lose milestones unfairly. This is making the game very uninteresting 😏🤨😠😡

In the last year there as been A LOT of problems with this game. Having to REPLAY level 1 EVERYTIME I wanna play. And just recently a new upgrade to where on the final "loading" screen, it just "freezes. Won't let you play period. Been playing it for many years now and anymore I'm ready to drop it and ALL King games as it's looking that they can't keep on top of their games and create more problems with NO answers! Games aren't fun anymore when it makes problems for the user to enjoy.
