@Yosca here is my explanation from the other day and the post below.
#1 Samsung Galaxy phone
#2 Google Pixel 7pro phone.
#3 Fire tablet
I played in account 1 level 12945 today and claimed 1 wonderball, the first step for the rare ball. After claiming the ball I hit maybe later. Right now all three devices, older Samsung galaxy phone, fire tablet and Google pixel 7pro phone are all in the same location with the find wonderball.
After playing in account 1 I went to account 2. I hit find wonderball on all three devices and each had the wonderball at level 634. I wanted to play on my Google pixel 7pro phone so I closed the other two devices. I played a level then checked to see if the wonderball was still there. No it reset back to find wonderball. I hit that on those two devices, Samsung galaxy and fire tablet. Since I played a level on my pixel 7pro phone it had the wonderball at level 635 on the other 2 devices.
To make sure all 3 devices would be on the first tier of rare wonderball I played all the levels on each device and received the wonderball on each of them.
***Side note, in this 2nd account it always shows an exclamation mark on bake a cake but there's nothing new there.
My screen went black again when I tried to watch an ad.
Oh no, so sorry! Iβve seen another report aboit this, canβt remember who it was π₯ Will report this too. Yeah itβs a bit unstable π
About the Batula wonderball issue, please tell me because that can help other players too! ππ»

I was playing rocket rush, left to open a text I just received. My sister said she was playing and bake a cake was gone after baking a slice earlier. I told her what to do and it came back.π₯³ β¦Then I went back to play, clicked to play a level and the screen went black. I closed and reopened it to findβ¦you guessed it, my rocket rush reset again!π‘

At least they fixed the counts from the last soda cup. It doesn't go to zero anymore ππ

I was excited to think all my wonderballs would be back to normal. Oh well, as long as my high level account is correct I will figure something out. Maybe I will only sign into my accounts when I have the "find wonderball" and have time to play all the levels.π€·

Where is the wonderball in account 1 (at what level and which wonderball) per device please.

Don't worry, I'm just sharing my situation. After three years of disappearing games, I have a completely normal attitude toward the game. Itβs great if I can participate, and it doesnβt matter if I canβt.

When I shut down and restarted, it said the match had started, but there was no "Golden Whistle" in my game.
CCSS has changed again and changed back to participating in "Second Chance" after 11 days, hahahaha.

As I baked the cake, I discovered that I could compete again.
@Yosca I'm not worried about the soda cup for myself. I'll miss out I'll call that a trade trade for my wonderballs synching up.π€π₯³
Have you ever changed your system time while you are playing Soda?
Direct change the device time for some reasons or indirect change the time by playing multiple devices, because different devices may have minor time difference.
Some settings have been changed since the second Soda Cup this year. These changes will make this Soda Cup easily has any problems due to the time change within the Soda Cup timeframe, eg. disqualified from the Soda Cup, score error, prizes error.
Actually different side game have different degrees of influence by the time change:
The level record you have passed in Weekly Contest will reset immediately if you had changed the date to one day before previous playing and then passed one new level.
The result will not be counted in Rocket Rush if the device time is different from the server time.
@Yosca Here is another problem I'm having with Treasure Hunt. I just started it in my main account on level 12934 signed out/into my 2nd account on level 605.
I can't get the treasure hunt to reset from account 1 to account 2. I closed/opened, logged out/in several times and tried clearing the cache all with out luck.
I played a new level and no change.
I have 3 different treasure hunts for my 2nd account. I played 1 new level on each device. I guess only my main account on 12934 is the only one that synched up.ππ€

Thanks. Do you have the latest game update? I updated my game, my activities was empty except for Rocket Rush. Then I replayed some levels and everything came back. Latest version 1.281.4
Edit: I just read you did update the game π. We reported the problem.
