App will NOT log me back after uninstall/reinstall.

Due to another issue I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, as I have had to do it before knowing that I have my king.com connected to my app I was a concerned. But now it will not connect with my email and password, it keeps saying it is incorrect but I am in HERE, it is not incorrect. I have done everything support has told me to do nothing will work. Please tell me there is an answer I miss my game and I was so far 😣

If I posted in the wrong area for some community support because customer service isn't helping me, then please by all means inform me, but just saying "ok" doesn't really help.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
