I checked on a few comments that could have been flagged for outrageous gifs or jokes and did not see any flag reaction underneath those. And I would have thought that before reaching @Amoonmoon's incredible 55 flags level King would have send a cautiounary signal, don't you think?

The person is supposed to be warned if they receive a number of reports and they confirm that, meaning they do not rely on the reports, they also confirm them. If they find them correct, the member is warned.
I don't know the real reason for what happened to me because it suddenly increased at the same time I had 1 and at the same time it increased and increased and increased until it reached this number
