I can’t access the lives sent by my team

Question

Every time I run out of lives, it keeps telling me to join a team (which I am already on). It even shows under the “team chat” that members have sent me lives. Why can’t I access them?

it’s happening to a lot of people. I can’t get any lives.  Keeps saying to join a team. I’m already on a team.  Can’t find my player ID.  Searched all locations.

Hi there and welcome! That sounds frustrating, please follow these steps first of all:

* Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
* Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
* Clear Cache:* 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
* 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Once you've done that, if the problem remains it's helpful if you can tell us the following info:

* What device are you playing on
* What version of the game you're playing on
* What's your Player ID

Then we can look into it further and hopefully be able to help you out!
