My game is not working correctly-how do I fix it?

My game is showing the currently level, but none of the other items are working. My saved candy boosters are all gone, I have no access to build the cake, there are no activities under that tab and my 600+ days of logging in and getting my treat has disappeared. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, and that didn't help. It is linked to my Facebook account, so I should not have lost everything.

I am sorry to hear that you have reinstalled the game 😕 On King servers only your progress and gold bars are recorded. Boosters and Daily Bonus streak are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then boosters and streaks can be lost.

Everything had disappeared. All my candy boosters, the activities were gone and said coming soon, the bake a cake area said coming soon. This lasted 5 days . Even though I reinstalled it, things still ate the same. Everything says coming soon.
