Hi there and welcome! That sounds frustrating, please follow these steps first of all:
- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Once you've done that, if the problem remains it's helpful if you can tell us the following info:
- What device are you playing on
- What version of the game you're playing on
- What's your Player ID
Then we can look into it further and hopefully be able to help you out!

it’s happening to a lot of people. I can’t get any lives. Keeps saying to join a team. I’m already on a team. Can’t find my player ID. Searched all locations.
