Please try the following steps:

Check for game and device updates
Do a restart: force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

I understand now, since I saw your other thread. As I understand from your other thread you haven't received any lives since 12 hours, is that correct?

Please try the following steps:

Check for game and device updates
Do a restart: force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
