If you see that, no internet connection, it often means that there is currently no connection to King servers. Please follow these steps:

* Force close your game, restart your device and log back in
* Check for game and device updates
* Check if you have at least 2GB free memory storage
* Clear cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
