I logged on to play and the game started over at level one. I was near level1000.

I logged on to play and the game started over at level one. I was very close to level 1000. Can I recover my progress and get back to where I was in the game?

hi @shergaut - were you synced to either you King or FB account by chance? If you had either one you should be able to log out and in and/or clear you cache and cookies to help reset the game and restore progress.
