the option to ask my team for lives has disappeared how can I get it back?
Did you wait 24 hours to request lives via team chat? Since after 24 hours the gray will have disappeared and the heart symbol should be active again.

I can't request team help in the lives window (asks me to join a team) or in the team chat window (greyed out). I was able to before. I have tried force stop, reboot with 10 sec delay, and reinstalling. Nothing has worked. Prior to reinstalling i was unable to chat with my team. After install I am able to do that and play events.
after this latest update. My whole team is gone. Nothing there. I have looked everywhere you say too for my player Id. I cannot not find anything. I’m about done. I’ve never had this any problems playing this game

Did you do the workaround and after that the heart symbol remains grey, so you can't ask your teammates for a life again? If so, please provide us with your Player ID and if you play through King or Facebook account, so that the Studio can investigate this further.

I am havibg the same issue. Also in my team tab I can't request lives. It is greyed out

The Studio is currently investigating the error that occurs when requesting team member lives.
Until this is solved, you can request Lives from your team by entering the Teams Chat:
Tap on the Teams symbol on the main screen
Tap on Chat
Tap on Ask for Lives (Ask and a red heart) at the bottom

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
