Can I get a refund?
Im having problems I bought goldbars to pass a level and right when I was about to pass the level, it kick me off the game! When I came back to the game, it said I had no goldbars, and Im still in the same level!!!! So how many times do I need to spend $ on the game before I can pass the level?!! Not fair! I want a refund! I feel Robed! Not ones but twice!

I’m sorry about this! Community cannot deal with purchase issues because the query includes your personal details, but Player Support can! If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions.
