disappeared my super lollipops
I'm writing again. I have already written to tech support twice through the game. I get a standard letter to the mail. But there is no answer to my reply with an explanation of the problems. 10 days. The second time I wrote to tech support because a new problem. Changed the panel with boosters in the game. And disappeared my super lollipops. I build cakes. I have over 15 super lollipops. And they're gone! Bring them back! Game version 1.282.300.0. Windows. System updated. A lot of memory.

Please try the following steps to make sure that everything in your game is all right:

Didn't help. I rebooted the computer, the store shows the same version as yesterday. There is no update button. When I entered the game, there was a message that tech support gives goodies. But nothing added, and the problems remained.

Thanks, I'll be waiting. There are also still problems with events. The treasure hunt starts over every time you enter the game and is not shown in the events. And the problems with the events are definitely account related. In November I played on another computer for a week. The problems with events were the same.

Hello, I've been having problems with events since the beginning of the game. The miracle balls have never been saved after quitting the game. Every time I log into the game it shows the learning of the miracle balls and events.
The events do not show podium results. They are visible only at the end of the level.
Past candy collecting events did not save progress after quitting the game either. Yesterday when I logged into the game it showed candy collecting again, but after completing the level the progress came back. Supersonic Lollipops, on the other hand, had problems about three weeks ago. At first they disappeared, but after reloading the game they came back. Then after a few days they disappeared completely.
