Why no more ads to continue?

I used to love playing this game but as soon as I make ONE purchase, now I dont have the option to watch ads to continue to try and get through the game, now the only way to finish is to purchase.. If this is what I have to do then its time to delete the game!

I am sorry to read that the ads have stopped appearing in your game 😕
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game. Therefore video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices. All the features that are in testing are moved around to be tested by as many players as possible. In that process, some players will have those special features for weeks, some have it for months some players have it for years, and some have never seen any ads (like me - and no I’ve never made a purchase). Therefore, advertising is still not a permanent feature.
You have probably been moved to another group, which (temporarily) has no ads. They might return in your game; all you can do is make sure your game and device has the latest updates.

same thing happened to me!! Made a purchase and adds ended!! About to delete after years of playing this game! Now it won’t let me even pass a level

I’m having same issue made a purchase and now no adds to help pass the level. I have been playing for years but I’m about to have to delete because it will not even let me pass a level now without making a purchase

Same thing happend to me. Purchase=no more ads. I am not going to make any purchases anymore, because who knows what they take away next.

The same thing happened to me. I was leary to buy anything, but as soon as I did, I lost the ads…SCAM!

Levels(14k) are impossible to win without extra turns from ads. Side game to extras have also stopped. The game is not enjoyable anymore 👎🏼

If they don't give back the ads after a purchase is made it's a big scam and they going to loose a lot of players ..like myself

me too almost on level 5000 and I purchased 1$ and no more adds I am going to have to delete the game such a scam I’m so upset I refuse to play if that’s what they do so messed up

Me too! I refuse to play if this is what they are gonna do so messed up one dollar spent and now at level 5000 and years of playing I have to delete the game it’s not worth it for me if I have to pay. ANYONE WHO IS PLAYING DO NOT PAY OR QUIT WHILE YOUR AHEAD SUCH A SCAM !!!
