Please try to update your game and device and restart the game app. Current game version is 1.283.5 After that, try to log out and log back into your account. Thanks
All I did was switched phones and was able to connect back to my account

Hey there, this is a problem that is currently being investigated by the studio. Some have been able to resolve it by reinstalling the game, however this will remove your boosters - so if you'd like you can wait for more news and check out this thread below:

My player name was Manon at 4734 on my Samsung tablet but 4732 on Facebook?? But I made a mistake et I put Parehsc with the same email, so I had to restart ร lever 1. Since, nothing better and I can't retreived my lever 4734 as well as connecting, still error.

HeyHey last night I ordered a booster pack for 19 bucks. It was to come with 130 gold bars. Well I got all the boosters except for the gold bars! That's never happened before I've emailed them a couple times no response yet. Has this happened to anyone?
