Lost progress due to glitch

There was a glitch with a couple gems flickering and I had to restart the game. All my soda boosters are gone and I think it started my win streak over. Help please!

I recorded the screen with the glitch but this chat board doesn’t accept
the file.

hi Alex, I have done this also and the response was something about keeping the game from crashing. I would like my progress restored. I responded but haven’t received another reply to that email yet.

Any progress I have made in this game on my PC doesn't show on my phone app. What's up with that.

I’m not sure there is a ticket number, but I see a number 14956151 in the subject line of the email. Then I received a survey about how they did.
