Lost Progress After Merging Facebook and King Account

Hello dear community,

I am really desperate and hope that someone here can help me.

I have followed the instructions from this article exactly: "How can I merge my Facebook and my King account" to link my Facebook account with my King account. Unfortunately, after linking, I found that all my game progress has disappeared!

I was at level 5454, and now I suddenly have to start again from level 1. This is really frustrating because I have invested so much time and effort into the game. I have attached some screenshots of my old progress with my Facebook account to show that I was really at a high level.

Has anyone here had similar experiences or a solution to this problem? Is there any way to restore my progress?

I would be really grateful for any help!

    Hi Welcome to the Soda Community

    When 2 accounts merge, they become one. This means you can access your game progress by using both email addresses.

    Unfortunately this process cannot be undone but you can still play the game as usual and use any of the 2 email address to log in to your account

    If the accounts merged are a Facebook accout (created on FB) and King account (created on Soda app) this might be a good thing for you. If FB platform has issues and you can't log in, you can switch to King account log-in and keep playing on Soda app right where you left off

    You can mail player support area contact us mention following details if you use two email..

    Email of the old account
    Email of the new account
    PlayerID of both accounts (if possible)
    Where you were in the game
    You should be able to get a response if you go to the regarding this

    Thanks again for the detailed instructions. I followed them exactly as you suggested, and then Anna—the automatic bot—replied, telling me to respond via email with my details if I wanted my levels restored. I did that, but my request ended up being closed automatically, and now I’m only prompted to rate my customer service experience.

    What should I do next? Is there another way to get in touch so someone can actually help me restore my levels?
