I can’t move forward. Nothing is working the door is preventing me to gain levels and I can’t get boosters and nothing is working. Please fix this issue

Candy Crush Soda Saga, the "door" signifies the end of the currently available numbered levels on the map, acting as a gateway to additional levels that are considered "bonus" or "mystery" levels, allowing players who have reached the end of the map to continue playing and participating in tournaments even after completing all numbered levels; essentially, it's a way to keep the game going for advanced players without having to constantly add new numbered levels to the main map.

No numbered levels beyond the door:
Once you reach the door, there are no longer sequentially numbered levels, as the "behind the door" levels are considered extra content.

The door feature is considered to be under development and may be updated with further functionality or changes in the future.
Purpose for continued play:
