What's wrong with this game
I had 2400+ Win streak last night. And today when I logged in to the game, my strewak is gone. Also the mega color bomb is gone too. I've never lost my streak. I even have proof for that. Now I feel like I just lost hours of time for nothing. I've used so many boosters and gold bars to maintain my 2400+ streak. And now all is gone? Seriously?
Now I'm really disgusted by this game.
Check your systems and tell me what's wrong with it. And I need my streak back, because I've put so much time and energy to it.
As you can see in the following screenshots, my streak lost at 4324. I thought it was a glitch at first. So reopened the game. Didn't work.
AAnd as you can see in the 2nd screenshot, I have golden pins in all previous levels before 4324. So there is no chance to lose my streak. All wrong with your systems.

Oh wow really sorry to hear that π I wonder if this might've happened if the game either crashed or if you lost contact to internet while in a level.
In any case, this is a bit hard for us to help you with here in the forum, it might be better to contact the support via the game which is done through the Settings β Questionmark (?) β Press one of the articles β Scroll to the bottom and press "Contact Us".
Talking to the support perhaps they can help you with this

Another proof is the soda bottles for streak. There you can see in my above screenshot I've already got the 5th bottle.
By now I passed over 78 levels from 4423, and now it shows streak 78
