I’m currently at 10444 level or somewhere near there, and I currently received a Treasure Hunt award of 2 lollipops. I did not receive them. I was at 5 lollipops, after my award it should be 7.
I often have sweet rewards disappear. Issue is I can’t remember exactly how many I had before and don’t check them every time I play. It is most noticeable when a large number disappear. Do they have an expiry date????

My mum plays this game, she had lots of sweet rewards but the next thing all the sweet rewards have disappeared, there has been no information on the game about why this has happened. My mum doesn’t have an account with this game that’s why I’m messaging you.
hello again, third attempt. as I mentioned before the game has shorted me by3 lollipop hammers. First time was back Tuesday, then again last night.
All in all I should have a total of 11, and I only have 8. Have I reached the correct place? Or do I have to go and talk with someone else??

( 2/5/2025) hello again. Last night I did not receive my 2 lollipops, should have been at 7. The same thing happened tonight, I was awarded 2. Only got one. Currently I’m at 6 lollipops, I should be at 9. I’ve restarted the game and rebooted my iPad as well. Please advise.

hello…..I did restart it before I sent you the message. This happened about a month or so ago, can’t remember. Since then, I keep an eye on the award being applied. Didn’t happen last night.
