I have not been able to play bake a cake for over a year. I need help!

Hello again, we have an update from the studio. The issue previously reported regarding Bake-A-Cake seems to have had several different parts which made it difficult to fix in a timely manner.
Right now, this problem has been fixed for some, and it will require more time from the studio to investigate and improve the situation.
As per usual, if you run into any problem in the game related to Bake-A-Cake, please follow these steps:
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
In some cases, this will solve your problem if the Bake-A-Cake suddenly disappears shortly after you got it.

Hey there, are you not seeing Bake-A-Cake in your game, or are you actively having problems with the event? If it's the former, it may unfortunately be that you're not in the group that has Bake-A-Cake, but you might instead have other features that other players do not have.

Hello!
Every time there's an update on regular Candy Crush,(Tuesday), on Candy Crush Soda, the bakery we were almost finished with disappears. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time in a row so far.
I've done all the steps per usual and it's still gone. Everything's gone besides the Rewards Pass, pick 4, and status of the weekly contest. Since I'm at the end I play the bakery until new levels release on Friday.
Do they have a solution?

Hi @JillyJill! My problem was different than yours. Mine wasn’t disappearing but when I clicked on the chat button it was sending my team a message that I needed lives. That heart chat button finally came back but I won’t press it again. That’s strange that you lose the event when it should still be there. Hopefully @LoFiGummy can get you an answer.

It's usually the same answer, make sure you're updated, close out all open apps, clear cache, restart. Nothing as usual. But I didn't get an answer last time anyway. I was just curious if you were still a "superstar" or whatever we were called way back when! Lol 😁

No I am no longer a Superstar. I am just a community member like you. I remember you from way back when. Are you coming back again?
It’s frustrating when you find a glitch and all the things that they told you to do doesn’t fix it. Did you uninstall and reinstall the game yet? Just remember that on mobile you will lose all your boosters because it will be like starting a new game. But maybe that would fix your glitch.1 -
I'm back, but just playing games, I think i took a 4yr hiatus. I remember the days when we had to wait for the updates on CC. Now I just wait for updates on soda lol
Oh yeah, I remember telling everyone of you uninstall/reinstall what will happen! This happens every week. And I get frustrated every other week or so and see what's going on here. But never get an answer. ssdd
I never receive a reply from LoFiGummy. Even though it was then that addressed the issue on the first place and asks you to respond with all the necessary info etc.. nothing. It's a expected though. Probably gonna go off these again soon

It was fun working with you when we were Superstars! Then you left and I left and things are not the same here as they were at the beginning. The couple of other Superstars that worked with us are still here helping the players. I miss Cez, Mark and others that started with us.

Yes! I spoke to Tracy and she said her and Lynette ate still helping. It was the 4 of us. Yes, I miss Cez and Tony and the crew. Good times! I still don't have the bubble on my bakery so at least you have that to communicate with your team. I'm sick of the same old answers we used to have to give! Lol Glad to see you're still here Elsa! ☺️😊
