Cannot bake a cake
I cannot bake a cake on tablet. Just says event coming soon and yet it is happening with other team players. Does work on computer but not used for games. I started to bake on iphone then it was over half way through first level. Have tried everything in support discussions
Now I also am not receiving boosters when passing a level.
At this stage very frustrated and not happy.

the game works fine on all devices except tablet?
also which boosters when passing a level are you referring to?
Since I don't know which steps you've already tried, please check troubleshooting steps in your tablet and let me know if the issue still persists
- Do you read a red connection error message ("there was a connection error, try again in a bit") when you visit profile settings in soda app?
If you don't see this kind of error message, please go ahead and:
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

- which device do you use to play Soda? Make and model of your tablet please
- what's the latest version of Soda app installed in your device? It depends on the device you use, you can generally find this info by visiting device settings, apps settings, Candy Crush Soda Saga, read app version infos
- what's the latest version of device software version?
- what's your game ID number? here's on how to find it

Hi.
First off the boosters I was talking about was when you win a rainbow streak to first game in level. That is ok, all back.
The only device I can play bake a cake, which I do not use very often is my Computer. My tablet which I have had no problem with before and my Iphone13 will not bake a cake. I have checked everything you suggested steps and even uninstalled and reinstalled. But no luck.

Tablet is Galaxy Tab S3 model SM-T820

That part of the game does not now work on my computer. Just had a look. This is now happened on all totally different devices.
