I accidentally charged for gold bars

King generally do not replace items that you obtained for free. That is, if the gold bars you used were just items that you won then King won't replace them.
If you used real money to buy the gold bars that you used then you should contact Player Support for a refund explaining that you couldn't make full use of your purchase. You can also mail player support area mention your game id, purchase receipt and subtopic purchase and gold bars here
