Hey everyone,
Today we wanted to share an update with you regarding the future of the ⬆️ Team Rank feature. This is a feature which the studio intended to be a motivator for teams to participate in activities alongside team mates and feel the heat of competition comparing to other teams.
Unfortunately, it's been noted that this feature has not been as popular as the Studio had hoped, and as such it will soon be paused to make place for other Soda features in the future.
We wanted to take the chance to let you know this in advance, so that if you're looking to collect some rewards, nows your chance to do so with your team members. Thank you to all players that have been participating and pushing your team and team members to rank up in Soda!
To commemorate the memories of ranks, for anyone who leaves their feedback 💬 or shares their team ranks in the comments 📸, you'll be rewarded with a ⬆️ Team Ranking badge as seen below!

Personally for me, I really enjoyed the Team Ranking, even though my team members might agree I'm not the one that is helping the most 😅 (I'm really hoping to get more active now in 2025). I hope that we can see more things coming teams way for Soda.
What does the Soda Squad think? What type of things would make you want to play more with teams in the game?

I am very upset that the studio is doing away with it. I love my team and I really looked forward to the rewards! I know that all the King studios collect data and I'm sure that their report is accurate but I would rather they come here and add a poll to see how our community players feel. Perhaps even adding feedback too. Feeling sad.😥

Just somewhat okay. Take a lot of time to gain higher rank and now I want to stop it. It’s not helpful anymore.

Hi @LoFiGummy I loved the team function and the rank progression, although the opportunities to advance faster were continually reduced. In the beginning, every level played counted and there were extra points for milestones. Our team used to reach a new rank almost every week.
At the moment, only baking cakes counts and not everyone is taking part. I'm glad to hear that you'll be more active in your team now. 😀

I enjoyed the team ranking and I’m on an awesome team! Of course we are high enough that it takes awhile to get those great goodies when we get to the next rank.
We will still have our teams right and bake a cake?

Until I just remember about the Soda team's Team Ranking, which since the past when passing levels we increase the resources to advance more rewards and also when waiting for a new week of the game event, Bake a Cake, to bake each layer of the cake and earn more points, I should have said something very new and simple to earn more easily!

I liked the team rank the only thing I saw about it was it was to hard to reach rank to earn rewards I'm looking forward to some replacement features 😍
