I didn't get the 30 gold bars I purchased.is there no way to contact King support?

Yes, you can contact King support regarding your missing gold bars. They have a support email and a Help Center on the game itself. You can reach them from within Candy Crush Soda Saga settings.
Here's how you can contact King support:
Within the Game: Go to Settings (gear icon) -> Help Center -> Contact Support.
Here below the link, mention your game id, subtopic purchase and gold bars and purchase receipt
