Where did the AD's to get more moves go!?

Usually I can watch an ad after losing a level to get a few more moves to play but past couple days that option disappeared! I've tried logging in and out to refresh but still gone. How can I get that back? Playing is becoming more frustrating because I'd rather watch a few ads and beat my level rather than playing it over and over because there isn't enough moves to begin with!

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
