I can’t leave candy crush soda without losing everything. Everything! All my super charged balls are gone. All progress disappears if I leave the game. Please help. I use an iPad.

If your Candy Crush Soda Saga progress disappears when you leave the game on your iPad, ensure you've connected your game to a King account or Facebook and then log in to access your saved game.
1. Check for Updates:
Make sure both Candy Crush Soda Saga and your iPad's operating system are up to date.
Outdated software can sometimes cause issues with game progress syncing.
2. Verify Account Link:
Open the game, go to your profile, and check if you're logged in with a King account.
If you linked your game to Facebook, ensure you're logged into Facebook on your iPad and that the correct profile is linked to the game.
Log out and back in:
Try logging out of the King account or Facebook, then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.
Clear Cache: In your iPad's settings, locate Candy Crush Soda Saga and clear its cache.
Restart iPad: Force quit the game and restart your iPad.
