What's wrong with it? I have internet connection but when I hit play to start it,it says connection lost detected an error try again later. I even went of game and went back in and same thing happens. I'll keep trying!

Hey there and sorry to hear that - are you playing with a WiFi connection or roaming? I would try to see if changing between the two could help or check if there are any updates to the device or game.
Maybe restarting the device could be helpful here as well.

I'm playing with Wi-fi connection! It's has good signal. I'll see if there's an update or restarting my device. I also went on to try again and I was in the middle of watching a 2nd video to keep my Mego Color Bomb,I was on gold and my other I think the star steak it was. Kicked me out and lost all 😔

No new update but I did restart my phone and it works now but still lost what I did. 😔 it's okay though I'll get it back. 😊

Hey again, sorry for the long response time here. I'm glad it worked for you for a bit, but it sounds like the connection might not be super stable if this is the case that it returns. Hmm maybe it's worth to check all the regular steps to make sure that everything works as intended, these are:
- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
- Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

It's okay! It's working again. It started working again later that day. I have no idea why it does that sometimes. I did all you have listed there and still had the problems but now it's working.
