I have got a new phone and have lost all my streaks and rewards when I transferred the app
you've lost your game progress (boosters and wins) after getting a new phone, try logging into the same Google account or Apple ID, facebook ,you used on your old device, or contacting the game's support for assistance.
The reason for this is -- both level progress and Gold Bars are saved to King servers; and the boosters, Lives are saved on our device memory. Because of that, they do not transfer. That is how, the King games work!! But, if you still have your old phone, all your boosters are intact there.
