Each time I reach a reward towards the gold bars, the game freezes and I have to come out. Been happening for about 3 weeks now. Any ideas or is this another tech glitch?

Thanks again. No problem with other games. However, same problem happening in Candy Crush Soda even after reinstalling. User ID: 15588741387. Also worth noting that the majority of the boosters I've lost were actually paid for (not won). Could I at least get a refund on these if not a replacement? Regards.
Sorry to hear that, reinstalling is something we only recommend as a last resort as it will remove the boosters. š
With PC's it's a bit harder to know what the problem is there are more components that can be causing the issue. If you have this problem with other games too it might be a reason to check that the computer is all right.

Thank you. Am playing on PC via WiFi. Have to restart every time it freezes - hasn't helped. Plenty of memory. Cache empties every time system closes so no problem there. As a last resort today, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Kept all gold bars but lost everything else, ie, all rewards (I had at least 30 of everything), all bottles - everything. Not worth playing at all now. Thanks anyway.

Since we haven't seen any reports of this, my guess would be that the memory is low, or that something has happened to the device, but please feel free to try these steps and let me know if it helps.

When i got to level 76, the episode looked exactly like episode 4, what's going on? (I am not new to candy crush soda, i got to about level 1060, but due to the music change, i really didn't like it, so i installed an older version, Sure, gold bars don't work or load, but i can still enjoy CCSS.)
