Push pedal to the metal causing game to freeze.
Level 3
Each time I reach a reward towards the gold bars, the game freezes and I have to come out. Been happening for about 3 weeks now. Any ideas or is this another tech glitch?

Hey there, that doesn't sound right, what type of device are you playing on?
I think it's good to also check this list below to make sure nothing is wrong with your game:
- Restart:Ā Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates:Ā Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Memory:Ā Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
- Connection:Ā Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
- Clear Cache:
- š¤ Android:Ā Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- š iOS:Ā Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
Since we haven't seen any reports of this, my guess would be that the memory is low, or that something has happened to the device, but please feel free to try these steps and let me know if it helps.

Thank you. Am playing on PC via WiFi. Have to restart every time it freezes - hasn't helped. Plenty of memory. Cache empties every time system closes so no problem there. As a last resort today, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Kept all gold bars but lost everything else, ie, all rewards (I had at least 30 of everything), all bottles - everything. Not worth playing at all now. Thanks anyway.

Sorry to hear that, reinstalling is something we only recommend as a last resort as it will remove the boosters. š
With PC's it's a bit harder to know what the problem is there are more components that can be causing the issue. If you have this problem with other games too it might be a reason to check that the computer is all right.

Thanks again. No problem with other games. However, same problem happening in Candy Crush Soda even after reinstalling. User ID: 15588741387. Also worth noting that the majority of the boosters I've lost were actually paid for (not won). Could I at least get a refund on these if not a replacement? Regards.
