Regarding the issue itself, the game studio is aware of this and have been working on a fix that should be out very shortly so it hopefully doesn't happen again. To ensure the best experience in the game, please make sure to check that you are on the latest version of the game and on your device.

Hello
Both of my Android phones show โBakery โ Starting Soonโ in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?
I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
