I was on 540 day streak logged on and said I’d missed a day and had to start over.? Why?

Hi there and I'm really sorry to hear that. We've noted that for some players this streak can be broken in various conditions if you lose internet connection or play on an older version of the game. If you lost your Candy Crush Soda Saga daily bonus after logging in, it's likely due to a reset of your streak. This happens if you miss a day of logging in, according to Candy Crush Soda Saga support. While the streak resets, you'll still continue to receive daily rewards, but the number of consecutive days displayed on the calendar will start anew.
Here's a breakdown of what might have happened and how to recover:
Streak Reset: If you haven't logged in for a day, your daily bonus streak is reset, and the calendar starts from the beginning.
Still Receiving Rewards: You'll still receive daily rewards, but the number of days in a row displayed will go back to one.
To Recover: Simply log in the following day to continue building your streak again.
To ensure you don't lose your streak again:
Set a reminder: Use your phone's calendar or another reminder app to remind you to log into Candy Crush Soda Saga each day.
Log in regularly: Aim to log in at least once a day to keep your streak going.
What I would try to do to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the game is to do the following:
Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
