If you used a King account or Facebook, you can try logging in with your credentials. If none of these methods work, you may need to contact King Support for assistance. If you had your progress saved on a cloud service (iCloud or Android Cloud) on your old device, you can restore it on a new device by logging in with the same OS account (iCloud or Google Play). This option is available for players using game version 1.281 or higher and who have been active in the game after December 18, 2024. If you linked your game progress to a King account or Facebook account, you can try logging into the game on a new device with those credentials.
