my granddaughter deleted a Candy Crush Saga game that I had reached a high level,

If your granddaughter deleted the Candy Crush Saga or Soda app from your device, you'll need to reinstall it and potentially restore your progress. Since you've reached a high level, it's likely you had linked your progress to a King account or Facebook account. Restoring from these links is your best bet
Here's some steps
Reinstall Candy Crush Saga: Download and install the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
If you had a King account linked, open the app and tap on "Retrieve My Progress/Save My Progress." Log in with your email and password.
If you had a Facebook account linked, open the app and log in with your Facebook credentials.
Once you've logged in, the app should automatically restore your game progress. You may need to restart the app after logging in to fully reflect the changes.
