Has anyone seen this when trying to open your game?

It's now 2 days that I have been seeing this when I try to open the game. It's on one of my iPads and it's only happening on this game.

It pops up and freezes so pressing on the "x" does nothing. I have to press the button on my iPad to close the game. Then I have to clear the history so that I can try it again. I've shut down my iPad, cleared the history on Safari and did all the game updates. If it's just me then I'm wondering if it's because it's an older iPad, iPad Air 2. I don't think this could be the problem that it's too old because all other King games are opening no problem.

By the way, I NEVER miss a day especially if I'm in the 900s! Please let me know if anyone has seen this and how they fixed it. No way can I even consider reinstalling the game because I'd lose all my boosters.

Unfortunately, due to past experience I hesitate to complete the contact form because what can they offer me besides what I've already done - shut down my iPad, and clear out the history from Safari?

hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
