Candy crush soda saga

hi, how can I get Candy Crush Soda Saga to work again, from the place I was before it failed to the daily update screen. I have kept up my daily log in to drive up the rewards but I have not been able to access the game for days now, feeling mightily peeved if I lose progress!

what is the highest level achieved in candy crush soda saga?
i am at level 10300. is there anyone higher than me?
The bubblegum troll is casuing trouble

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
