Screen is stuck

I was traveling all day so I didn’t play but clicked on to play that night and this is what I got on my screen and can’t move forward. Now I did mis a day. How do I get my play back without losing anything? I’ve powered down several times and it didn’t help.

Hello again! That was a little better! This will be my last support message by the way. I see it now! Players also received the same concern and screenshot. Unfortunately, there's no way to avoid this issue. It's currently Investigated by the team. In the meantime, update your game regularly. If you want to continue playing, play on another device and sign in to your account. This way, however, is not ideal because false progression happens. Your gold bars and levels are kept, but events and boosters will be missing. That's the only way to do if you want to continue playing.

When you have a picture, just text something in the caption, because "1 character too short" means you don't have text. Try to text and it will work.

I’ve been trying to send another picture but I get the message

Body is 1 character too short.

I’m doing a copy and paste and it won’t post.
