How come we don't get 2 hour free time on item at start up

And not having to win game to get credit
The last update seems to have caused a few problems. I had a email from Tech support the other day saying they are working to fix all the bugs and there will be an other update in a few days. They have got rid of the 2 hr bonus before and everyone hated it, it came back after a few weeks. So fingers crossed.
Is anyone having problems with the videos not working for the hard levels? I've been having this problem since I updated the app and the game support people are giving me no answers and telling me to ask here.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
